Real friendships do not happen on accident. They are built, tended to, and protected. This is a practice for deepening a connection with one person, one step at a time.
B.L.O.O.M. is a five step connection practice you work through with one person in the house. Not all at once. Over time. Research on how women build close friendships shows it takes consistent, repeated contact, usually over several months, for a bond to feel real and safe. This challenge is built around that truth.
Each month on our Bloom Room call, we revisit one or more steps together. You get the framework, we talk through what it looks like in practice, and then you go do it with your person.
Pick one person in the house you want to get closer to. It can be someone you already like but have not gone deeper with. Someone you keep seeing in the chats but have never really talked to. Someone who feels like she could be your person if you both actually tried.
Once you pick her, you are working through all five steps with her over the coming months. You do not need to tell her you are doing the challenge. You just show up for her differently.
Not every step will feel natural right away. Some of you will fly through B and L and get stuck at O. Some of you will find opening up easy but struggle to stay consistent enough to own your word. That is normal. The challenge is not about being perfect at connection. It is about being intentional about it.
Bring whatever is coming up for you to our Bloom Room calls. That is the space to process it, ask questions, and hear how other pretty girls are moving through the same steps with their people.
You cannot rush real friendship. But you can stop leaving it to chance. That is what B.L.O.O.M. is. It is choosing to bloom with someone on purpose.
